Château Moulins Listrac
The best plots are harvested by hand and the fruit is vinified in tanks fitted with a temperature control system. Fermentation thus takes place in ideal conditions enabling the wines to express all the special characteristics of the two unique terroirs that make up the estate.
The wine is then partially aged in oak barrels of which 30% are new, depending on the vintage. Woody and spicy aromas then contribute to its complexity, providing an ideal backdrop for the expression of the fruit.
